Tencel is a silky artificial fiber made from raw wood (cellulose), the production process of which is extremely environmentally friendly. Tencel has many good properties compared to other materials: it absorbs moisture better than cotton, is softer than silk and cooler than linen. It wrinkles less than cotton, does not shrink or lose its shape in the wash, and the colors remain bright. Tencel is completely biodegradable.
